Fees
You do not need a referral to access services at Mind Intertwined, however clients with a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or an Eating Disorders Treatment and Management Plan (EDP) can receive a Medicare rebate of $101.55.
Under a MHCP you will be eligible to claim a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Under an EDP you will be eligible to claim a rebate for up to 40 sessions which is valid from 12 months from the date of referral. Please note that couples counselling sessions are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
Individual counselling sessions are 50 minutes in duration and are $240.
Couples counselling sessions are 50 minutes in duration and are $260.
Supervision sessions are 60 mins in duration and $230 (gst. incl.).
Mind Intertwined also accepts referrals funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), WorkCover, the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), and the Victims of Crime Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS).
For clients funded through the Victims of Crime Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS), services are billed in accordance with the approved scheme rate, and clients are generally not required to pay any out-of-pocket costs for approved sessions up to the funding cap.
