The Heart of Our Practice
Complimentary 15 minute consultation call
We provide therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples, with a focus on trauma therapy, relationships, and life transitions and personal growth.
We also work with individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or unfulfilled despite external success, and who are seeking greater clarity, meaning, and personal growth.
Our approach recognises that trauma, attachment patterns, and early life experiences can shape emotional wellbeing, relationships, and how people respond to change and stress in adulthood.
We support clients in developing emotional resilience, strengthening relationships, and moving toward a more intentional and fulfilling life.

Maria Andreadis, MProfPsych
Principal Psychologist & Board Approved Supervisor
Mary supports adolescents, adults, and couples through a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological challenges, with a particular focus on trauma, relationships, and personal growth and life transitions.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that our internal world and external experiences are deeply interconnected, shaping how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. Early experiences, attachment patterns, and past relationships often continue to influence emotional responses, relationship dynamics, and the way we navigate change, meaning, and direction in life.
A significant focus of Mary’s work is trauma therapy, supporting clients to process and make sense of experiences that may feel unresolved, overwhelming, or linked to longstanding emotional and behavioural patterns. She also works extensively in relationship therapy, helping individuals and couples improve communication, emotional connection, trust, and overall relationship satisfaction.
Alongside this, Mary supports clients seeking deeper personal growth, meaning, and life direction. This often includes people navigating periods of transition, reassessing identity or career direction, or feeling stuck despite outward success. Her work in this space focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, clarify values, and move toward a more intentional and meaningful way of living—whether in their personal lives, relationships, or work.
Mary offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences safely and at their own pace. Her approach is compassionate yet honest, supporting insight, emotional clarity, and meaningful, sustainable change.
She integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), tailoring treatment to each individual or couple.
Mary can help with:
